All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Europe and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Payment processing times:
Cryptocurrency: usually confirmed within a few minutes
Bank transfer: typically 1 to 2 business days, depending on your bank

Once your payment is confirmed, we pack and ship your order within 24 hours (on business days).

Shipping destinations
We currently ship within Europe only. Orders placed from outside Europe cannot be processed.

Shipping fees depend on the destination country and are automatically calculated at checkout, so you’ll see the exact cost before completing your order.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary by country and carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
